• Fully customizable: Customize the Xeno chatbox colors, texts, images, backgrounds, and much more in a perfectly intuitive way. i.e.: use your company icon, colors and use text that reflects the personality of your business in your chatbox.
• Remove Xeno branding: Want to show Xeno’s chatbox as a white label chatbox? Replace our “Powered by Xeno” with your custom branding. i.e.: Powered by Galactic Empire.
• Knowledge Base: The ability to broadcast the accessible web version of your Knowledge Base, through your own domain name. i.e.: https://help.galactic-empire.com
• Meetings: The ability to broadcast the accessible web version of your Meetings through your own domain name. i.e.: https://help.galactic-empire.com/meetings
• News Feed: The ability to broadcast the accessible web version of your News Feed, through your own domain name. i.e.: https://help.galactic-empire.com/news
• Email signature: Instead of seeing 'Powered by Xeno' at the bottom of the Xeno emails, you’ll be able to use your company name.
• Email templates: In addition to the default email template, you'll be able to choose from other templates (> 3) and edit factors such as your logo and your graphic charter colors. i.e.: You'll be able to change the green used by Xeno (#27c469) in the email templates.
• From: The ability to customize the 'from' email address of the emails you will be sending via Xeno. i.e.: [email protected] as the sender email address.
