How many Xeno Partner LTD codes can I stack?

You can stack up to 40 Xeno Partner LTD codes. If that is what you go for, you’ll be able to get 50% off your first 400 distributable seats.
If you decide to stack 40 Xeno Partner LTD codes, and if you meet our eligibility legal criteria: you’ll get 2 137 Xeno stock options (two thousand one hundred and thirty seven stock options) out of the 213 778 options we have in our option pool! In other words, you'll get 1% of our option pool. This way, you’ll really be part of the adventure! You’ll be like a real member of our team!
We will sign an incentive stock option together which will include among other things, the:
- Name of Holder.
- Date of Grant.
- Maximum number of shares for which this Option is exercisable.
- Exercise (purchase) price per share.
- Vesting Start Date.
- Method of Exercise.
- Expiration Date of Option.
- Vesting Schedule.
Your stock options will be recorded and monitored over time in a neutral way, by a third-party provider, through our legal partners (it will likely be Foley Hoag and/or Capshare).
What about expenses?
The legal and various expenses for the origination of the stock options will be at our expense. All future legal and various expenses related to the stock options, such as exercise of these stock options, will one at your expense.
How do I know if I’m eligible?
For various reasons we keep the right to not grant you stock options, however, if you’d like, we can confirm or deny your eligibility to stock options before you purchase your codes. Please fill out our dedicated form to learn more about eligibility.
Eligibility criteria:
• You’re a 40-code Xeno Partner LTD holder (worth US$250 each)
• The refund period has expired
• You have agreed and signed a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement
Please keep in mind that, in addition to our stock option eligibility form, we’ll also potentially ask you for additional documentation regarding your organization. If needed, we are open to us signing and NDA together, if this makes you feel more comfortable.
