Can I transfer or resell my LTD to someone else?

Yes, your Partner LTD is transferable and you can transfer it or resell it to another individual or to another organization. However, if you transfer your Partner LTD, beforehand, you must:

• Notify us in writing of the transfer, send us the complete contact details of the new owner of the LTD and notify us of the date of transfer.
• Make sure that the new individual or organization holding the LTD unreservedly accepts our Partner Agreement.
• Any transfer will be charged a minimum fixed cost of US$250 to the initiator of the transfer to cover the time that our team will take to ensure that the transfer takes place in the very best conditions. If the work time regarding the transfer on Xeno’s end exceeds 3 hours of support, said extra hours will be charged at a minimum fee of US$125 per hour to the initiator of the transfer.

The transfer can occur only if these conditions are respected.
